INTELLIGENT HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS

Oracle HDI AI Key projects Summary

WHAT I DID: Defined how AI integrates into real-world healthcare and life sciences workflows. Led UX across system architecture, agent-driven experiences, and EHR-agnostic delivery, translating complex data, models, and infrastructure into usable products for clinicians, care teams, and researchers.

RESULT:
Drove the design of multiple AI-enabled platforms and 0→1 initiatives, including EHR-agnostic integration systems, LLM-powered clinical workflows, and next-generation AI data platforms. Established scalable patterns for embedding intelligence into workflows, impacting care delivery, research operations, and millions of patient records.

UNDERSTAND COMPLEX SYSTEMS
}

Design starts with users

I approach design by first understanding how systems actually work across users, data, and workflows. This includes field research, stakeholder alignment, and analyzing how decisions are made in real environments. In healthcare and enterprise systems, problems are rarely isolated to a single screen. They exist across workflows, teams, and technologies. My role is to uncover those connections before designing solutions.

Through a research-driven strategy that builds user empathy, I gather industry, platform and stakeholder data. Both qualitative and quantitative user insights through interviews, surveys, testing and field research. I put myself in users' shoes to understand their journey and approach problems from their perspective.

I synthesize fuzzy data

I synthesize research, data, and stakeholder input to identify where systems break down. This often means uncovering misalignment between: user workflows, business goals, and underlying technology.

In addtion to optimizing individual workflows, I focus on restructuring how systems behave to support better decisions and outcomes.

Satisfy user needs

I design workflows and interfaces that help people take action in complex environments. My work often involves: simplifying multi-step workflows, translating data into usable insights, and integrating AI into real user decision loops.

I iterate quickly with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure solutions are not just usable, but buildable and impactful.

Design meets business goals

I work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate complexity into working systems.In healthcare and enterprise environments, alignment across teams is critical.I help teams move from abstract ideas to concrete, buildable solutions — balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
