Problem: The largest flight school in Santa Monica moved to a larger space and needed a branded installation that welcomed aviators.

Solution: An original vector illustration was created to enhance the interior decoration. The look and feel welcoming pilots into a new location was inspired by Aviation Charts and landmarks of the Santa Monica Airport (KSMO). Using Illustrator and Photoshop, measurements and mockups were done to ensure the size and placement of cutouts for the door and power outlets. The final piece was printed on vinyl.
